Why HR experience matters
SAP SuccessFactors is SAP's cloud HR suite. Consultants configure it around real HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, employee data and performance reviews. If you have worked in HR, you already understand the business side, which is often the hardest part to learn.
Step 1: Start with Employee Central
Employee Central is the core of SuccessFactors and the most in-demand module. Learn the foundation objects, position management, role-based permissions and business rules.
Step 2: Add a talent module
Once you are confident with Employee Central, add one or more talent modules:
- Recruiting and Onboarding
- Performance & Goals
- Compensation
Step 3: Practise on a real instance
Configuration skills only come from hands-on practice. At ASAP Academy, you work on cloud HR instances under the guidance of certified industry mentors, and prepare for certification and interviews.
